The present invention relates to a treatment apparatus for a hemi neglect patient and a method thereof comprising: a display unit which arranges a plurality of images displayed numbers that do not overlap on basis of any one of screen center and right side and left side in the center, based on predetermined arrangement information depending on a level selected by a hemi neglect patient shown on a portable terminal screen; a recognition unit which recognizes an image appointed by the hemi neglect patient in order of the numbers with respect to the images disposed on the screen; a calculation unit which calculates real-time information until the hemi neglect patient appoints all images; and a output unit which outputs real-time information on the screen.
