The present invention discloses a medical device coating dosage form comprising biocompatible polymer materials as a substance for inhibiting scar formation and a control and release substance. A dosage form according to the present invention controls and releases a drug for inhibiting scar for a long time by using various medical devices for transplant or non-transplant and thus can effectively inhibit scars from parts used in a medical device.
