The present invention relates to an image sensor with a micro lens. An image sensor according to the present invention comprises: a color filter for passing light of a specific color among light incident from the outside; a micro lens located in a lower portion of the micro lens wherein the micro lens has a plurality of layers of which upper layers are thinner than lower layers of the layers; and a photo diode located in a lower portion of the micro lens wherein the photo diode receives light passing the micro lens and converts the light into an electrical signal.
