<p>The present invention relates to an unmanned camera and a method for removing contaminants from a front part of a lens. The unmanned camera includes a housing (110) which has a window (111) on a side and accommodates a camera module (1) which photographs an image through the window (111) and charges compressed air; an air nozzle (120) which is arranged on the font part of the window (111), and can inject the compressed air charged in the housing (110) to the window (111); a compressor (130) which generates compressed air in the housing (111); an air value (140) which is prepared in the housing (111) and controls the flow of the compressed air injected by the air nozzle (120); a compressor sensor (150) which is prepared in the housing (110) and detects an internal pressure; at least two infra-red sensor part which comprises a light emitting part (161a)(162a) which is arranged in the outer surface of the window and emits an infra-red ray to the window (111), and a light receiving part (161b)(162b) of detecting reflected light and detects contaminants on the surface of the window; and a control module (170) which is prepared in the housing (110), controls the operation of the compressor (130) according to the detected pressure in the pressure sensor (150), and controls the opening and closing of the air value (140) according to a signal transmitted from the infra-red sensor part.</p> |
