<p>Gas generator (10) designed to inflate an airbag when it operates, comprising:•a casing (20) designed to be pressurised when the gas generator (10) operates, and comprising at least one discharge orifice (30) on one surface of the casing (20),•a sealing membrane (40) fixed in the casing (20) and designed to rupture at said at least one discharge orifice (30) when the gas generator (10) operates, and the ruptured sealing membrane (40) folding along an edge corner (31, 32) of said at least one discharge orifice (30), in which a projection of the edge corner (30, 31) along which the sealing membrane (40) folds, in a plane tangential to said surface, comprises at least one rectilinear portion.</p> |
