A DC-DC converter is disclosed. The DC-DC converter includes a first switching device which changes a DC input voltage into an AC voltage, a second switching device which changes the changed AC voltage into a DC output voltage, and a control unit which senses a first turn-on signal of the first switch device, generates a synchronization signal for turning on the second switching device after a preset interval from the sensing point of the first turn-on signal, and transmits a second turn-on signal corresponding to the synchronization signal to the second switching device. Thereby, the efficiency of an apparatus is improved by preventing an output loss.
