The present invention relates to a device for controlling a shoulder angle of a rear seat for a vehicle. More specifically, the device controls a front and a rear angle of a shoulder portion which is an upper end part of a seat back of a rear seat for a vehicle. Therefore, the present invention reduces weight and minimizes an operation noise and easily controls the front and the rear angle of the shoulder portion which is the upper end part of the seat back of the rear seat through a simple configuration reducing the number of components of an existing pipe shaped frame and a bracket.
