<p>The present invention relates to a method to manufacture vacuum glass and vacuum glass made thereby which quickly manufacture vacuum glass through simple processes without resin coating and ultraviolet ray hardening processes. The method to manufacture vacuum glass according to the present invention comprises the following steps of: installing a gap material and a sealing material on an upper surface of a lower glass substrate wherein the sealing material has a closed loop along with an outline surface of the lower glass substrate; loading the lower glass substrate and an upper glass substrate into a vacuum chamber wherein the gap material and the sealing material are installed on the lower glass substrate, and vertically loading the lower glass substrate and the lower upper glass substrate in parallel each other; discharging a gas in the vacuum chamber to the outside to make the inside of the vacuum chamber vacuum; bonding the lower glass substrate with the upper glass substrate closely to manufacture vacuum glass, and pressurizing at least one of the lower glass substrate and the upper glass substrate until the sealing material is deformed to manufacture vacuum glass; injecting a gas into the vacuum chamber to make the inside of the vacuum chamber to be in atmospheric pressure; and taking the vacuum glass out of the vacuum chamber.</p> |
