[Class 44] A fastener particularly for securing a slotted moulding strip 4 to an apertured support 2 comprises a stud portion 13 adapted to snap in known manner into engagement with an aperture 10 in the support, the stud being previously mounted on the .moulding by means of a bowed spring arm 19 integral with one limit of the stud and an arm 11 integral with the other stud limb, arm 11 having offset ends 22 with curved cam edges 23. Arm 19 is first engaged behind the inturned flange 5 of the moulding, and the camedged ends 22 of arm 11 are then snapped into engagement behind flange 6 of the moulding, the bowed arm 19 providing the spring action. |
