Disclosed is a lifting lug device capable of being fastened or separated from a salvaged form to be salvaged by being connected with a lifting device. The lifting lug device comprises: a loop unit wherein a loop hole to insert a hook of the lifting device in the salvage of the salvaged form is formed; a closer of a cylindrical shape; and first and second fastening units which are formed on the lower end of the loop unit at predetermined intervals and vertically form the first and second guide units to be faced in the inner side to insert a vertical bar stand of a protruded structure of the salvaged form. First and second insertion holes to insert the closer are formed in the first and second guide units. In the present invention presented above, the lifting lug device can be simply fastened to a gang form, a euroform, an alform, etc, to enhance stability by strengthening the locking, and increasing the convenience of work by simplifying separation. |
