摘要 The present invention relates to a method for removing an unreacted acryl-based monomer generated when an acrylic adhesive is prepared by inputting an acryl-based monomer into an aqueous or oil-based solvent and inducing polymerization. According to the present invention, the method comprises: a first step of inputting a hydroxy phenyl-based photoinitiator at 0.1 to 1 wt% of an acryl-based monomer when polymerization of the acryl-based monomer and the solvent is completed; a second step of inputting an amine-based reaction accelerator at 10 to 30% of the photoinitiator; and a third step of exposing the solvent having the photoinitiator and the reaction accelerator inputted therein, to an ultraviolet ray having wavelength of 240 to 500 nm at less than or equal to 40°C. Accordingly, the unreacted acryl-based monomer can be efficiently removed in a reactor without a separate device, so the method of the present invention can prepare the acryl-based adhesive which has no odor caused by the unreacted acryl-based monomer and also minimizes environment contamination caused by an unreacted monomer.
