<p>The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a toroidal ice cream which forms an ice cream using a toroidal molding frame and adds additive or syrup comprising: (A) a step which manufactures an ice cream mix by mixing ice cream materials; (B) a step which puts the manufactured ice cream mix placed in a conical squeeze bag into a toroidal molding frame at a medium height; (C) a step where a flat bar-shaped handle is disposed on the ice cream mix putted into the toroidal molding frame; (D) a step which puts and fills the ice cream mix of the conical squeeze bag in the toroidal molding frame having the handle; (E) a step which cools them in a rapid cooling refrigerator set up Fahrenheit -40°F for 20 minutes after evenly flattening an upper portion of the toroidal molding frame putted the ice cream mix ; (F) a step which manufactures a toroidal ice cream by separating a toroidal ice cream frozen by cooling from the rapid cooling refrigerator from the toroidal molding frame.</p> |
