<p>The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition comprising a natural complex material for hair care, a manufacturing method thereof, and a composition for hair care comprising the same as an active ingredient, regarding a cosmetic composition for hair care, which additionally comprises with respect to 100 parts by weight of an Orostachys japonicus extract, 5-7 parts by weight of a Phellinus linteus fermented extract, 5-13 parts by weight of a Curcuma longa fermented extract, and 23-35 parts by weight of a Portulaca oleracea L. extract. The composition has no skin trouble due to a natural ingredient with excellent scalp scaling, and maintains clean scalp and healthy hair, thereby preventing hair loss.</p> |
