<p>The present invention relates to an automatic rotation device using a semiconductor JEDEC tray, which comprises: a loading portion transferring a test tray to be stacked on a preparation tray on which a semiconductor chip is put; and a loading unit composed of a flipper transferring the semiconductor chip to the test tray by reversing the preparation tray and the test tray which are transferred and stacked by the loading portion. The present invention, compared to a conventional technique, enables a semiconductor JEDEC tray to be automatically loaded and unloaded to improve convenience of an operator.</p> |
