The present invention provides an AC-DC converting device which includes a transformer, a primary side rectifying unit which fully rectifies an AC voltage inputted from the outside and transmits the rectified voltage to the primary side of the transformer, a secondary side rectifying unit which removes a ripple included in the voltage generated in the secondary side of the transformer and outputs the voltage, a switching unit which is connected to the primary side of the transformer and performs a switching operation, an auxiliary winding unit which senses a current flowing in the secondary side rectifying unit, and a control unit which controls the operation of the switching unit to constantly maintain the current outputted from the secondary side rectifying unit by receiving signals outputted from the auxiliary winding unit and the primary side rectifying unit. |
