<p>The business process and system that can be applied to a job recruiting environment. A system can be configured to manage interactions between companies offering human resources (the supplier) and companies acting has recruiters (the recruiter) seeking to fill job positions. An agent acting as a seller can engage companies to join. The system allows the flow of employees from one division to another or from one company to another and acts as a resource management system. The system can be used or configured for a single company for internal use among its services, divisions or sites. Using the central system, the recruiter may be able to: 1) add, delete, modify different jobs positions and company profile; 2) upload work related information; 3) search for candidates and their profile; 4) learn information about other companies in the system and their employees; 5) communicate with another company and its employees where employees are available; 6) pay and receive compensation; 7) block or filter companies communications; 8) receive a notification when a company posts new positions; and 9) build and receive reports regarding positions under recruitment. The supplier may be able to: 1) add, delete, modify employee profiles and company profile; 2) notify the employee when in database; 3) search through job positions; 4) communicate with a company offering a job; 5) pay and receive compensation; 6) block or filter company communications; 7) receive a notification when a company posts new positions; and 8) receive metrics and reports. The agent may be able to: 1) add, delete, modify agent profile ; 2) receive a notification when a company posts new positions; 3) receive compensation for the referral ;and 4) receive reports.</p> |
