The present invention relates to a waste heat collecting device for heating pure water flowing in heat exchangers wherein the waste heat collecting device comprises a water tank and at least one heat exchanger in the water tank wherein the water tank stores waste water of a high temperature inputted from a waste water source. The heat exchangers comprise: at least one waste water pipe wherein both ends of the waste water pipes are closed by closing plates; and at least one pure water cleaning pipe penetrating the inside of waste water pipes and protruding from the closing plates to an external side, wherein pure water flowing from one side is discharged to the other side. Pure water flowing in the pure water cleaning pipes is heated by waste water inside the waste water pipes. |
