摘要 The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing well-being pizza, which uses a sweet potato popular to people as a main ingredient of dough, and uses nuts, seeds of plants, etc which are healthy, as topping, thereby taking the well-being pizza which has soft texture and various nutrients. According to the present invention, the method comprises: a dough preparation step of mixing mousse of a sweet potato and acanthopanax honey, aging the same for 8 to 12 hours at low temperature, leaving the same for 30 to 40 minutes at room temperature to make dough; a dough forming step of putting the sweet potato, which is cut in a slice shape, onto a pan, and uniformly spreading the dough in a desired size to form the dough; a topping step of evenly sprinkling the topping produced by mixing nuts and seeds of plants onto the dough; and a step of sprinkling crushed pizza cheese onto the dough having the topping sprinkled thereon, and then baking the same in an oven for 5 to 15 minutes at 250 to 300°C.
