The present invention relates to bidirectional automatic communication method using a mobile instant messenger which can provide a customized service through real-time bidirectional communication by using a mobile instant messenger or a mobile instant messenger service. The communication method uses a mobile instant messenger communication system including: a main server comprising a DB server which has a mobile instant messenger account and stores service information of a service supplier or a user message and a control server which requests service information from the DB server by analyzing the user message and transmits information of the DB server to a user; a terminal for hookup transmitting the information received from the control server of the main server to the user, receiving an information request of the user, and transmitting the information request to the control server, in which a mobile instant messenger application connected to a mobile instant messenger service with the mobile instant messenger account of the main server and a control application driving and controlling the mobile instant messenger application are installed; and a plurality of mobile terminals in which a mobile instant messenger application transmitting and receiving the mobile instant messenger account of the main server and the message is installed.
