A micropattern manufacturing device according to the present invention is disclosed. The micropattern manufacturing device according to the present invention comprises: a plurality of filling rolls each having a filler applied to surfaces thereof; a precoating unit comprising a plurality of support rolls arranged, with reference to a mold that moves in one direction, on a side lying opposite to the filling rolls, the precoating unit primarily filling a pattern of the mold with the filler and thereby forming a reverse pattern; and a master roll for transferring the reverse pattern onto a base substrate, wherein respective center axes of the filling rolls and the support rolls do not lie on the same vertical line, but deviate from each other. |
