The present invention relates to a road sign having a power consumption reduction function, which prevents unnecessary power consumption. According to the present invention, the road sign having a power consumption reduction function comprises: a road sign body mounted on a road; a power supply unit provided in the road sign body; an illumination sensor unit provided in the road sign body; a reference voltage generation unit provided in the road sign body; a reversal detection sensor unit provided in the road sign body; a light emitting control unit provided in the road sign body; and a cover lens unit coupled to an upper portion of the road sign body for water tight. |
