The hydroclimatological phenomena have a remarkable incidence in all sectors of society, which deeply affect the structure of human settlings, the health, the quality of the natural environment and the economy of the society. Due to the aforementioned description, the hydroclimatological observation networks of the conventional type constitute a key element in the basic infrastructure of a country. However, for satisfying the requirements, every day more exigent, of the users (public and private) and according to the new social and economic realities, these networks must be modernized for generating accurate, reliable and timely information, which acquire a high socioeconomical value for the decision making, especially for the strategies of adaptation before the global warming. This invention refers to a System for Digitally Integrating Data of Conventional Hydroclimatological Stations (DIDCHS), which includes a Portable Hydroclimatological Terminal (PHT) and a System for Managing Hy droclimatological Data (SMHD). Said invention solves the problem related to the digital capture, wireless transmission, and automatic organization, storage in databases and consultation in web pages of the data generated in the conventional hydroclimatological stations. |
