The present invention relates to a spoke integrated wheel, more specifically, to a spoke integrated wheel capable of tension adjustment which can adjust tension of a spoke integrated wheel in which a spoke is integrated with a rim and a hub shell. The spoke integrated wheel capable of tension adjustment according to the present invention comprises: a rim; a left hub shell penetrating a hub shaft; a left spoke installed between the left hub shell and the rim; a right hub shell separated from the left hub shell while facing the left hub shell; a right spoke installed between the right hub shell and the rim; a spacer for tension adjustment installed between the left hub shell and the right hub shell; and a pair of fixing units for coupling the spacer for tension adjustment with the left hub shell and the right hub shell.
