Disclosed is a power generating element using liquid drop. The power generating element using liquid drop includes a lower electrode layer; a dielectric layer which is arranged on the lower electrode layer and has the upper side of a supper water repellent property; a protection layer which has a water repellent surface which is oppositely separated from the upper surface; an upper electrode layer which is arranged on the protection layer; and a wiring part which electrically connects the lower electrode and the upper electrode layer.
