The invention discloses a method for pretreating sludge before hot drying. The method comprises the following steps: before hot-drying by using hot-drying equipment, feeding powdery slaked lime in dewatered sludge with water content of 75-85%, and evenly mixing, wherein the mass ratio of the slaked lime and the dry sludge solid is 3-4%, therefore, sludge bonding in the hot drying process is avoided. |
