According to the present invention, a back pressure reduction apparatus of an exhaust pipe of a ship comprises: an exhaust pipe discharging an exhaust gas generated in an engine of a ship; a blower fan provided to be rotated to the exhaust pipe to reduce back pressure of the exhaust pipe; and a thermoelectric generation module provided to a waste heat source existing between the engine and an exhaust gas discharging path to generate electric energy and selectively supplying the generated electric energy to the blower fan.
