发明名称 CARBON DIOXIDE ADSORBENTS WITH IMPROVED ABSORPTION-DESORPTION PERFORMANCE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
摘要 The present invention relates to a carbon dioxide absorbent with enhanced properties of absorption-desorption and a production method thereof and, more specifically, to a carbon dioxide absorbent of which aminosilane compounds are chemically bonded onto a surface of porous silica particles and amine compounds are physically impregnated on a pore of the porous silica particles. According to a variety of embodiments of the present invention, the carbon dioxide absorbent of the present invention not only shows approximately 50% or more increase in the absorption rate of carbon dioxide at low temperature, which was unattainable when using an existing silica particles, which is impregnated or simply chemically bonded with amine compounds, as a carbon dioxide absorbent. Moreover, the present invention exhibits an excellent stability even on a repetitive use due to an attractive force between aminosilane compounds attached to the silica particles and amine compounds. Also, the present invention solves problems of a reduction on a lifespan of the absorbent as amine leaches out due to a repetitive use, since existing amine compounds are physically impregnated on a polymer supporting body. Accordingly, the present invention can be used as a carbon dioxide absorbent which shows excellent absorption rate and durability.
