The present invention discloses an apparatus for driving a cooling/heating board appropriate to building wall finishing. The driving apparatus includes: an accumulation unit which accumulates power generated from a solar cell module receiving light of the sun; and a cooling/heating board which is driven by receiving the power of the accumulation unit, acts as a wall or a board, and has a thermoelectric element to operate as the cooling/heating board in response to an operation control signal. Also, the driving apparatus includes: a temperature detection unit which generates a temperature sensing signal which has sensed the temperature of the cooling/heating board; and a control unit which applies the operation control signal to the cooling/heating board based on the comparison result of the temperature sensing signal of the temperature sensing unit and an indoor temperature. |
