A fishway having a gentle slope where water flows in a zigzag form is formed during a winter dry season, and the zigzag shaped overflow type fishway where the water overflows toward an upper side of the fishway during the high-water season is formed. More specifically, cavities are provided to places of the zigzag shaped fishway, and the zigzag shaped fishway is formed between a pond (200) which is positioned in an upstream side of the zigzag shaped fishway (100) and a settling basin (300) positioned in the downstream side. The present invention comprises: at least two or more first partitions (110) and third partitions (130) protruding from a one side bank (700) to a center portion; at least two or more second partitions (120) and fourth partitions (140) protruding from the opposite side to the one side bank to the center portion; and the cavities (115, 125, 135, 145) enabling the second partition and the third partition to cross each other to enable the second partition to be formed between the first partition and the third partition and enable the third partition to be formed between the second partition and the fourth partition in order to enable the waterway (190) of the fishway to entirely have an s shape and formed at one point of each end of the waterway of the fishway deeper than another point. Stream water flows along the s shaped waterway of the fishway (190) in normal, and the stream water overflows over the partition during the high-water season. |
