Provided are an endoscope surgical device, a surgical tool and a guide member with which a field of view can be changed to be suitable for detailed observation and medical treatment via a simple operation, thereby improving the efficiency of a surgical operation. An endoscope insertion part (102) for an endoscope and a surgical tool insertion part (202) for a surgical tool can be inserted into an outer sleeve (300) which is to be inserted through a body wall, and the outer sleeve (300) is equipped with a slider that links the endoscope and the surgical tool to each other and causes the endoscope and the surgical tool to move back and forth. A guide member (230) is provided in an operation part (204) of the surgical tool inserted into the outer sleeve (300) and freely guides a cable part (104) of the endoscope back and forth in an axial direction so that the cable part (104) does not become separated from the surface of the operation part by a certain distance or more. As a result thereof, the cable part (104) can be securely restrained with the index finger of the right hand grasping the operation part (204) of the surgical tool, and the operation part (204) can be operated and the endoscope insertion part (102) can be moved back and forth using only the right hand. |
