The present disclosure provides a virtual image display device with further improved convenience, a head-up display system, and a vehicle. This virtual image display device is equipped with: a display device which outputs parallax images formed at multiple regions where the amount of disparity between a left eye virtual image and a right eye virtual image is different at each region; an optical system which displays a virtual image on the basis of the parallax images; and a control unit which, according to the situation, changes how the multiple regions of the parallax images are divided.
