The purpose of the present invention is to provide an information display system which displays information suitable for each viewer who views the information from a specific location. An information display system (10) according to the present invention is provided with a display device (100a) or the like for transmitting electromagnetic wave signals, and a mobile terminal (300). The mobile terminal (300) comprises: a reception measurement unit (330) which receives a signal transmitted from the display device (100a) or the like and measures the intensity of the received signal; and a transmission unit (340) which transmits both intensity information indicating the measurement results, and predetermined information. The display device (100a) comprises an emission unit (110a) which repeats transmission of an electromagnetic wave signal, and a display unit (130) which changes its own display state according to the intensity information and the predetermined information transmitted from the mobile terminal (300). If the intensity indicated by the intensity information exceeds a first threshold value, the display unit (130) sets its own display state to a first state in which display content corresponding to the predetermined information is displayed, wherein the display unit (130) changes the first threshold value after setting its own display state to the first state. |
