The present invention relates to an imaging device (1) including: - a microwave sensor (2) configured to capture electromagnetic radiation emitted or reflected by bodies or objects and convert them into a first signal representing said radiation; and - a distance sensor (3) configured so as to determine the distance between said sensor (3) and various points and provide a second signal representing said distance. The device (1) includes a treatment unit (5) receiving, as input, the first signal and second signal. Said treatment unit is configured to detect the spatial variations of the first signal for the body (or bodies) or object(s) located at a predetermined distance from the distance sensor (3). The invention also relates to a corresponding microwave imaging method and to a heat-emitting means.
