Said composites comprise: - grains of titanium suboxide having the general formula TiOx, wherein x is between 1.00 and 1.99 inclusive; and/or - barium titanate suboxides and/or strontium titanate suboxides taking the general formula Ba(1-m)SrmTiOy, wherein y is between 1.50 and 2.99 inclusive, and m is between 0 and 1 inclusive. |
