PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform sterilization processing of a blow molding machine.SOLUTION: A preform (1) is filled with a liquid disinfectant (P) containing an ethanol component or both an ethanol component and a hydrogen peroxide component, blowing air is blown into the preform (1) in the state of the liquid disinfectant (P) remaining within the preform (1), causing the liquid disinfectant (P) to be diffused, and thus sterilizing the interior of the blow molding machine.
