PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas velocity measuring apparatus that can prevent the blockage of a pitot tube at a low cost and can continue the measurement of the velocity, even when gas whose velocity is to be measured contains dust and mist.SOLUTION: The gas velocity measuring apparatus of the present invention includes a pitot tube, a pressure gauge, and a three-way valve. The pitot tube includes a first tube having a whole pressure hole opening in the direction opposite to the flow of gas whose velocity is to be measured, and a second tube having a static pressure opening in the direction that is not opposite to the flow of the gas. The inner surfaces of the first tube and second tube undergo surface treatment for increasing at least one of the non-wetness and non-adhesiveness. The three-way valve includes a first valve connected to the pitot tube, a second valve connected to the pressure gauge, and a third valve communicating with a tank storing atmospheric air or cleaning liquid. |
