PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a coated film which has high sound insulating properties and good chipping resistance while having a low specific gravity and can stably provide properties such as sound insulating properties or chipping resistance.SOLUTION: There is provided a vinyl chloride plastisol composition obtained by adding a heat expandable microcapsule in an amount of 2 to 12 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of a vinyl chloride resin and a hollow filler in an amount of 10 to 50 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of a vinyl chloride resin to a vinyl chloride plastisol composition mainly consisting of a vinyl chloride resin and a plasticizer, wherein the content of the vinyl chloride resin in the composition is adjusted in a range of 15 to 50 wt.%.
