PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleeping condition evaluation device and the like, which can properly output advice for improving a sleeping condition, by properly detecting the sleeping condition of a sleeper (a person subjected to measurement) and performing the determination and evaluation of the sleeping condition and a life rhythm based on the sleeping condition, by a simple method.SOLUTION: A sleeping condition evaluation device includes: storage means fro storing sleeping conditions; calculation means for calculating regularity of sleep on the basis of the plurality of stored sleeping conditions; and evaluation means for evaluating the quality of the sleep on the basis of the regularity of the sleep. |
