a core designed to receive a clip, the core extending in a substantially longitudinal and transverse plane and having first and second large faces opposite one another, the core being transversely delimited by first and second lateral edges; wherein the core has:
a single first stiffening element, protruding from its first large face; anda single second stiffening element, protruding from its second large face.
