Disclosed are: a urea storage tank of a selective catalytic reduction system having a heat transfer member; and an agricultural working vehicle having the same. The urea storage tank of a selective catalytic reduction system having a heat transfer member, according to an embodiment of the present invention, is a urea storage tank (800) which is applied to a selective catalytic reduction system (SCR system) configured to be capable of reducing the emission quantity of Nox contained in exhaust gas, the urea storage tank comprising: a tank main body part (100) having a storage part (110) for storing urea (20); a fluid intake pump part (200), mounted on the lower surface of the inside of the tank main body part (100), for intaking the urea (20) stored on the inside of the storage part (110) and discharging the urea to the outside; a heat transfer member (300) which has a hollow polygonal column shape with an empty interior and is fixed onto the upper surface of the tank main body part (100) so as to be positioned on the inside of the storage part (110) of the tank main body part (100); and a coolant flow pipe (400) which is mounted so as to be in contact with a partial surface of the heat transfer member (300) and has a pipe structure on the inside of which coolant can flow.
