<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely motivate a user to view a program guided to the user in a broadcast viewed by the user, without increasing the number of operations by the user.SOLUTION: When acquiring broadcast voice signals representing broadcast voices output from a television 30, a terminal device 10 extracts a program ID for identifying a program superposed on the acquired broadcast voice signals. The terminal device 10 acquires program guide information (including a broadcast channel and broadcast schedule date) on the program identified by the extracted program ID, from a program management server 20. The terminal device 10 receives operation to select programs to be temporarily reserved from a user U on the basis of the acquired program guide information, and registers the program in a reservation list. The terminal device 10 then receives, from the user U, operation to select a program to settle the reservation from the temporarily-reserved programs, and settles the reservation. The terminal device 10 performs, to the user U, program guide on the program the reservation of which has been settled, at a pre-set guidance timing.</p> |
