PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous collector capable of reducing contact resistance with an active material, and a method for manufacturing a porous collector.SOLUTION: A porous collector includes: a metal skeleton with a three-dimensional network structure; and a conductive coat formed of carbon nanotubes, on a surface of the metal skeleton.
