PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL light-emitting panel capable of more effectively preventing moisture from being intruded into an organic EL light-emitting element layer.SOLUTION: An organic EL light-emitting panel includes: a U-shaped cross-sectional thermosetting resin-made architrave 5 having an architrave sealing part into which the end of a bear panel 10 is sealed on the end surface of the whole periphery of the bear panel 10; and a U-shaped cross-sectional frame 6 having a frame fitting part into which the architrave 5 is fitted. Furthermore, on a translucent electrode layer 21, the architrave 5 has a thermosetting resin-made architrave connection 51 connected to the translucent electrode layer 21 sandwiched by the adhesive resin layer 3 end surface and a power feeding member connection end surface 81.
