<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cancer imaging and treatment.SOLUTION: A compound comprising structure: [(P1-S1)-L-(S2-P2)], or pharmaceutically acceptable salt or ester thereof is provided. In a formula, P1 and P2 may be the same or of difference and are a cyclic oligopeptide moiety, at least one of P1 and P2 having a motif B-Arg or B-(Me)Arg within the cyclic moiety, where B is a basic amino acid or a derivative thereof, or a phenylalanine or a derivative thereof; S1 and S2 are a spacer group, and may be the same or of difference; L is a linker moiety including at least two functional groups for bonding to the cyclic oligopeptide or the spacer group; n and q independently express 0 or 1; and p and r independently express an integer of 1 or more.</p> |
