PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to accurately perceive where in a panoramic image of an imaging target the present subject image is positioned, in the case of panoramic imaging.SOLUTION: An image processing unit 17 performs image processing on an imaged image of a subject input from an imaging unit 16 to sequentially generate image data of a plurality of frames. An image combination unit 52, when performing panoramic image imaging, acquires one frame of image data generated by the image processing unit 17 according to every acquisition instruction to acquire input image data; and combines the acquired one frame of image data with one or more frames of image data having been acquired according to previous acquisition instructions, to generate a panoramic ongoing image for showing an already imaged region of a panoramic image to be generated. A display control unit 54, when performing the panoramic image imaging, makes a display unit 19 display images of respective frames generated by the image processing unit 17 together with the panoramic ongoing image generated by the image combination unit 52. |
