PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract a moving object at a high data rate to accurately obtain a location, distance and speed of the moving object to be calculated.SOLUTION: An information processing device comprises: a wave transmission unit that transmits a plurality of chirp waves of a different frequency band; a wave reception unit that receives a reflection wave of the plurality of chirp waves reflected from an object to output a wave reception signal; a heterodyne processing unit that multiplies the wave reception signal by respective dual sweep signals of the chirp signals as a heterodyne signal to generate a beat frequency; and a moving object extraction unit that extracts a moving object on the basis of a pair of frequencies of a difference in prescribed time intervals exceeding a threshold in a frequency spectrum of the beat frequency.
