PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a downsized and thinned optical sensor device of high reliability in which the visibility characteristic is stable and hardly changes even in a severe ambient environmental condition, and the device reliability is also improved without damaging the downsizing and thinning.SOLUTION: A lid body includes: a window 2 made of phosphatic glass having a visibility characteristic having a physical property approximated by adjusting the composition; and a frame 1 made of phosphatic glass having a light blocking effect. The lid body is a laminated glass body produced by burying piece-like phosphatic glass having a visibility characteristic into an opening having nearly a cavity size that is disposed in phosphatic glass 1 having a light blocking effect, and melting and integrating them. The lid body is tightly engaged with an element mounting unit 3 having a cavity to form an optical sensor device.
