PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk medium for achieving increase in density, and for reducing an influence on the recording of user data while holding the reliability of the detection of address information.SOLUTION: An optical disk medium has address information units in each of which the address information of lands or groups is recorded in a plurality of areas divided into a circumferential direction and a radial direction. The address information unit includes a synchronous area (105) and an address information area (106). Specific marks (301) including wobbles each having phase difference at almost 180 degrees with respect to a basic wobble are arranged at a plurality of positions in the synchronous area. Address information wobbles (310) including wobbles each having phase difference at almost -90 degrees or almost +90 degrees with respect to the basic wobble are arranged at a plurality of positions in the address information area. The address information wobbles are arranged at positions different from the positions where the other adjacent patterns are arranged in the radial direction.
