PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic observation device capable of setting a region of interest in good operability according to a switched observation mode, even when a plurality of observation modes that require setting of the region of interest are provided.SOLUTION: The ultrasonic observation device includes: a mode processing unit 25 that processes a plurality of observation modes requiring setting of a region of interest (ROI), including a color flow mode and an elastography mode, in addition to a B mode that does not require the setting of ROI; and a ROI memory 38 for storing ROI setting information; and performs control so that, when an observation mode is switched, ROI of the switched observation mode is set according to the setting information stored by the ROI memory 38. |
