PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress variation of the treatment actual quantity to improve profits when there are two available channels for treating cake of the water purification plant in a water purification plant.SOLUTION: A system 20 for a plan of treating cake of a water purification plant determines quantities of allotment to a first treatment channel and a second treatment channel for cake of a water purification plant and includes storage means 22 of storing past treatment actual quantities of cake of the water purification plant in the first and second treatment channels, and allotment setting means 27 of setting quantities of allotment of produced cake of the purification plant to the first and second treatment channels so that the dispersion of the treatment actual quantities of the first and second treatment channels becomes minimum, on the basis of the treatment actual quantities of the first and second treatment channels.
